Raymond Terrace Library Building Repairs - REVISED

⁠⁠⁠Port Stephens Council requires the services of a quality focused Company who has the capacity and expertise to repair internal flooding damaged caused by the April storm. Work to be carried out is detailed within SERGON Scope of Works damage report. The Library is located at the Northern end of Sturgeon Street, Raymond Terrace.

It is recommended that Contractors refer to provided Scope of Works and visit the site to ascertain actual site and working conditions as exists and shall make their own assessment of the general layout.

The successful Tenderer requires a strong focus in the following areas:
* Client satisfaction: Strong commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail and finish
* Overall site management, process control and public safety
* A well-defined understanding of WORKCOVER requirements, WH&S policies and there implementation

The work comprises the provision of all resources, materials required to carry out repairs as per detailed Scope of Works.

The work generally includes the following:
* Clean-up and waste removal
* Door replacement
* Painting
* Vinyl for covering replacement

Note that the proposed work is to be carried out within an operational library environment and the successful tenderer shall be required to submit a detailed operational plan covering all aspects of the works prior to commencement.
