Water Playground Detailed Design, Leschenault Inlet

⁠⁠⁠There is a mandatory tender briefing on Tuesday 11th August, details contained within the tender. Please ensure once you have downloaded the document that this is actioned otherwise you will be ineligible for your tender to be assessed.

The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to:
* Prepare a detailed design and specifications that can be utilised for the Principal to issue a construction tender.
* Prepare Quantity Surveyors reports at critical design phases, including pre construction tender estimate and life cycle operating and maintenance costs.
* Undertake a Geotechnical Investigation of the proposed site as per Attachment 7.
* Prepare a design including consideration on future site expansion to incorporate other additional elements identified in the Leschenault Inlet Master Plan.
* Provide a design that is energy efficient , while being mindful of whole of life costing.
