Tender Description
The City of Greater Geraldton invites tenders from suitably qualified mechanical service contractors to complete the modifications to the existing air conditioning plant at the Queens Park Theatre.
The work includes the removal of the existing air cooled chiller plant and provision of new water cooled chiller and cooling tower plant, replacement of the existing air conditioning plant, replacement of the Mechanical Services Switchboard and replacement of the Building Management System.
