Tender Description
ACORPP has been instructed by the Department of Finance to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in Fremantle on behalf of the State Government.
THE KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
* A-Grade building standard
* A total net lettable area of up to 20,000 square metres
* Within Fremantle City centre and no further than 600 metres from train station
* Practical completion by mid 2019
