Expression of Interest - School Project Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle
Contractors interested in being considered to tender on a School Project at St Joseph’s Campus, Lochinvar are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to the Catholic Schools Office.
Project Description: Construction of multi-purpose hall, food technology, classrooms and associated amenities. Estimated contract value $4M.
Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:
* Current capacity and experience of staff to undertake the works
* Extensive experience in working on school projects
* Recently completed projects and suitable references
* Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects valued greater than $3M.
