Lease of Portion of Reserve 8656

⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest: Kimberley Regional Offices.

The Shire of Broome is seeking expressions of interest from parties interested in the lease of Reserve 8656, Tenancy 5, 6 and 7 at Kimberley Regional Office.

The property is under Management Order to the Shire of Broome for the purposes of "Office Accommodation". Expressions of interest (EOI) are being called from interested parties to present their submission as to how they would utilise this property.

The Kimberley Regional Office is located on the corner of Weld and Frederick Streets, on the outskirts of Chinatown. The office complex is located on the town bus route and currently leases office space to a number of government and community service organisations, including:

* Department of Housing and Works
* Department of Community Services
* Ministry of Justice
* Kimberley Individual and Family Support Association
* Lingiari Foundation
* Anglicare WA

In addition to this, the complex is located in close proximity to:
* Centrelink
* Police station
* Courthouse

Documents outlining the requirements of the EOI are available for collection from the Shire of Broome Administration Office, 27 Weld Street, Broome, or by contacting Gillian Dainty on telephone (08) 9191-3421.

Expressions of interest will be received until 2.00 pm on 21 August 2015 and should be clearly endorsed with "Lease of Reserve 8656, Kimberley Regional Office - Expression of Interest", hand delivered to the Shire of Broome Administration Office or emailed to property@broome.wa.gov.au

Canvassing of Councillors or Officers of the Shire of Broome may disqualify.
