Revegetation Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠THE CITY OF COCKBURN (the Principal) is seeking suitably qualified, licensed, and experienced Contractor(s) to undertake revegetation and associated maintenance works within the Principal's boundaries.

The sites will vary in size, location and could include but not be limited to coastal, wetland and bushland areas; works are expected to begin during September 2015.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, chemicals, transport/cartage, administrative costs, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the works as they are required.

The successful Contractor shall be required to adhere to dieback guidelines (refer to Clause 2.2 and Appendix O).

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with a Principal instigated options to extend the period for one (1) subsequent year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.
