Quotations for the Supply & Installation of Gas Chlorination Equipment

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE INVITATION: Narromine Shire Council is seeking written quotations for the following: Supply and Installation of Gas Chlorination System and Associated Equipment Trangie Town Water Supply.

Quotations must be in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written Quotation is lodged with Council prior to the Deadline, being 4.00pm on Thursday August 13th 2015.

Council thanks you in anticipation of your written Quotation. You will be advised if you have been selected as the successful Quoter in due course after the close of quotations and following the assessment of quotations received.

REGISTRATION: Quotation documents are free but can only be obtained electronically following supplier registration.

Council, at its sole discretion, may:

Not accept any Quotation,

Not accept any non conforming Quotation

Not necessarily accept the lowest of any Quotation

SUBMISSIONS: Quotations shall be addressed to the General Manager, Narromine Shire Council and clearly marked as nominated in the specification or on the cover sheet. Completed responses may be submitted via the electronic Quotations box (preferred) or by hand in a sealed envelope to the Quotations box at 124 Dandaloo Street Narromine, or by post to PO Box 115 Narromine NSW 2821.

All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Quotation Box MUST be in PDF FORMAT and submitted as ONE (1) complete document.

The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Quotations close at 4.00 pm AEST on Thursday 13 August 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Narromine Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotations or all or any part of a Quotations and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quotations process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Narromine Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
