Winning and Crushing of Material in Council Managed Pits

⁠⁠⁠This Contract is for the Winning and Crushing of Material in Council Managed Pits within the Tamworth Regional Council area.

It is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Rates.

The scope of work included in this contract is the supply of all plant, labour and materials required to undertake works including winning material and crushing won material to specification. A representative of each company submitting a tender must attend the pre tender briefing meeting on Monday 17 August at Ray Walsh House Tamworth.

Tenders close at 11:00am on Thursday 27 August.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
