Tenderers for these works may be afforded a preference in accordance with Reguatlion 24A-G of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations and the Shire fo Derby/West Kimberley Regional Price Preference Policy AF33 adopted 24th April 2002.

Tender Submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the above tender number using the tender submission forms not doing so may disqualify the tender.
