Kangaroo Bay Skate Park Facility Construction

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are  invited from builders experienced  in  producing high quality concrete finishes to construct the Kangaroo Bay Skate Park Facility at Rosny Park.

Clarence City Council is developing the Kangaroo Bay precinct as part of the Kangaroo Bay Urban  Design  Master  Plan.
  
Funding  has  been  approved  for  the  Kangaroo  Bay  Skate  Park Facility which includes a National standard skate park, events stage and barbeque facilities. Tender documents will be available on Friday, 31 July 2015 from the Council Offices  at 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park.

Tender  responses  are  to  be  submitted  in  a  sealed  envelope  marked  “Confidential”  and  with the description and Tender number (T1035/15) clearly marked on the envelope.  Tenders will be received at the Council Offices, Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 until 4.00pm on Wednesday, 26 August 2015.

Neither  the  lowest  nor  any  tender  will  necessarily  be  accepted. Late  tender  responses  or tenders forwarded by facsimile or e-mail will not be considered.
