Lease of Floor Area Cornubia Park Sports Centre for Community Sport and/or Recreation Purposes

⁠⁠⁠Council invites tenders for the provision of a tenant to enter into a lease over floor area at Cornubia Park Sports Centre for community, sport and/or recreation purposes.

Area available to lease is:

* That part of the building erected on land shown on the plan included at page 28 of the Sample Lease document (Lease F, comprising three parts totalling 190m2).

Ancillary facilities include:

* Reception area with access to Sports Centre toilets and changing facilities; and
* Onsite customer car parking is available.

Lease commencement date is to be agreed with the successful tenderer.

The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via, any medium including but not limited to LG Tenderbox Forum, is 5:00pm Thursday, 13 August 2015. Any questions after this date will not receive a response.
