On behalf of Oyster Harbour Joint Venture we are seeking registrations of interest from suitability qualified civil engineering contractors to undertake subdivision works incorporating all aspects of civil works construction. Tender documents for stage 6A - 25 lots will be issued to successful contractors.

Works for this stage are expected to commence in September 2015. This tender will require the submission of rates, which will be used to negotiate ongoing stages over a three (3) year term. It is anticipated that two similar size stages will be produced each year (40 - 50 lots/year).

Interested Contractors should apply with an expression of interest demonstrating:
* Past experience in civil engineering construction of multistage subdivision works
* Construction under AS2124 - General Conditions of Contract
* Key personnel to be allocated to this project including contingency
* Proposed subcontractors for any portion of the works
* Example Management Plans for Safety, Quality, Environment and Project
* Flexibility during the construction to accommodate changes in program, variations in scope and service authority requirements, without undue costs and delays.
