⁠⁠⁠Compass Housing Services invites an Expression of Interest to qualified and licensed Multi Trade Contractors to be part of a Panel of Contractors to provide responsive, planned, vacant and upgrade maintenance services to the following areas;

Newcastle, Maitland, Central Coast, Upper Hunter, Dubbo, Broken Hill.

Services required include:

Carpentry services, Plumbing services, Electrical services, Plastering & painting services, Tiling services, Waterproofing services, Flooring services, Roofing & guttering services, Heating & air conditioning, Locksmith services, Glazing services, Pest control services, Lawns & grounds maintenance, Cleaning services including forensic, Water tank & pump services, Tree lopping & stump removal, Fencing services, Asbestos related services, Solar services, Utility metering services, Solar services, General maintenance,
