Tender Description
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a finger jetty, removal of existing boat ramp and construction of new replacement boat ramp located at Lily Creek Lagoon, Kununurra.

Any clarifications sought after this time will not be responded to.
Tenders must be clearly marked "Tender T01/2015-16: Lily Creek Lagoon Boat Launching Facility, Kununurra" and placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender name and number and lodged in the tender box at tne Shire Administration Office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra or posted and addressed to Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 614, Kununurra, WA, 6743.
The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Electronic or facsimile submissions will not be accepted.
The Deadline for submissions is 2pm (WST) Thursday, 27 August 2015.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
Any potential tenderer canvassing of any Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Councillors or employees Officers will disqualify Respondents will be disqualified from the Tender process.
