⁠⁠⁠Request For Quote - Condition Assessor EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (ACT HACS 318/15-17) Spotless is the Total Facilities Manager (TFM) for Housing and Community Services in the ACT providing planned and responsive maintenance services to a portfolio of approximately 12,000 properties throughout the ACT. Expressions of interest are being sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to conduct condition assessments.

The service includes project management and communication services including implementing and maintaining a tenant appointment process, gathering condition data of property elements (kitchen, bathroom, flooring, etc.), and inputting information in to a designated software program (SPM Assets).

This particular service may be suitable for real estate agents, property managers, engineers, building surveyors, housing inspectors etc., seeking a reliable and consistent source of business to supplement their other activities.
