Supply & Delivery of Quarry Products

⁠⁠⁠The Works in this Contract comprise the supply only and/or supply and delivery of quarry products to each Participating Council's Depot(s) and construction site(s), with the option of each Council utilising its own trucks for the delivery of the quarry products. The delivered products are to be in conformance with the relevant NSW RMS Quality Assurance material specification.

In the performance of delivering the quarry products the contractor is to ensure that compliance with all relevant legislation covering road transport is maintained at all times.

The Contract will run for a three (3) year period from the 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2018. The Principal(s) may extend the Contract for a further two periods of up to 12 months for each period, if in agreement with the Contractor. The Contract is a panel contract.

Participating Council's may nominate the successful Contractor(s) as "Nominated Subcontractor" for the undertaking of quarry product supply under other Council Contracts in accordance with Cl 10.1(b) of AS2124. Further details of this arrangement can be found in the Special Conditions of Contract.
