Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders for haulage and disposal of materials in accordance with the Department of Environment Regulations (DER) Waste Classifications and Waste Definitions. The material shall be hauled and disposed of from the Principals Depot, located at Bishop Road Middle Swan. All materials must be disposed of at an accredited waste or recycling facility.
The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts:
(a) Separable Part A: Haulage and disposal of Class 1 type materials;
(b) Separable Part B: Haulage and disposal of Class 2 type materials; and
(c) Separable Part C: Haulage and disposal of Class 3 type materials.
The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts. Tenderers may place a submission for Part A, Part B and/or Part C. The Principal reserves the right to accept Part A, Part B and/or Part C. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional to the acceptance of any Separable Parts. The Contract shall be in force for the period from the date of award to 30 June 2018.
