DDHHS wishes to enhance the quality of service provision to all patients and consumers of health services. To achieve this DDHHS is seeking meaningful feedback from patients upon which plans can be based to improve the patient experience..
Depending on requirements these goods/services specifically include:
* Conducting patient satisfaction surveys
* Providing benchmark data and reports upon which improvement plans can be based
