This Request for Tender is for the demolition and removal of all buildings and structures at property: Lot 1, 13-25 Wansborough Street, Spencer Park, in preparation for site redevelopment.

In this block of 7-units, all are two bedroom dwellings constructed in 1976. They are all of brick & tile construction, and are connected to Deep Sewer.

Although there is no mandatory onsite visit for this tender, keys can be obtained from the Regional Project Officer (Janet Edghill Ph:9845-7100) if access is required prior to tender price submission.
