Tender Description
This Contract is for the Supply Only and Supply & Lay of Asphalt on Local and Classified Roads at various locations within the Tamworth Regional Council area.
It is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Rates.
The scope of work may include the ex-bin supply of asphalt, the supply, haulage and lay of asphalt or the mill, supply, haulage and lay of asphalt as required. The works also include conformance testing of the product supplied as per the Specifications.

Tenders close at 11:00am on Thursday 13 August.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
