Tender Description
This Contract is for the Sprayed Bitumen Sealing of Local, Regional, State and National Roads within the Tamworth Regional Council area.
It is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Rates.
The scope of work included in this contract is the supply of all plant, labour and materials required to undertake sprayed bitumen sealing works in accordance with the referenced Roads and Maritime Services Specifications.

Tenders close at 11:00am on Wednesday 12 August.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
