Fairfield City Council (Principal) is seeking quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for resurfacing and associated works of two tennis courts at Brenan Park, Smithfield. The site is presently leased to an operator who has advised council that the tennis courts are in need of repair / maintenance. Council has initiated their own inspection and are in agreement that repairs are necessary.

The scope of works includes:
* Supply, install and maintain temporary site fencing during construction period.
* Provide site safety signage.
* Heavy duty grind of two courts, remove loose, flaky surfaces and existing court markings.
* Level all courts.
* Hand patch all seams, fire damage, divots etc.
* Re-surface two courts with minimum 3 coat acrylic surface system.
* Flood test courts and trowel seams and cracking.
* Remark two tennis courts.
* Remove and reinstate umpire chairs.
* Remove and reinstate one two panels of existing fencing to allow site access.
* Install two new heavy duty tennis nets on existing posts using external winders with removable handles.
* Disposal of work site related materials.
* Submit Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). Work, Health & Safety information, Environmental Management etc. relevant to works on site. The SWMS must identify potential hazards, hazard control measures, level of risk of all individual work items, type of risks, proposed risk management and must be submitted prior to commencement of any site work construction.
* Restoration of any disturbed areas.
