Tender Description
NetWaste is a voluntary regional waste group in central and western NSW that works to improve waste management outcomes for the 27 member Councils. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably experienced companies with adequate capability and capacity that seek to be pre-selected to tender for Collection and Recycling of Waste Tyres.
The purpose of this EOI is to establish, for subsequent tendering, a short-list of preferred, suitably experienced and licensed contractors to provide the required services to the nominated NetWaste member Councils.
Works include but are not limited to collection, transportation and recycling of waste tyres from the participating Council waste facilities. The request for tender is expected to be issued in September 2015.
EOIs are to be lodged endorsed "F1599 Expression of Interest to Tender for Collection and Recycling of Waste Tyres" so as to arrive prior to the closing time and date shown.
EOI are to be lodged by one of the following methods:
* Lodging an Electronic Response via Tenderlink; OR
* Delivered by hand or by courier and placed in the Tender Box; OR
* Mailed to the Tender Box addressed as follows:
Tender Box, Orange City Council, PO Box 35, Orange NSW 2800.
EOI close at 12.00 pm Tuesday 18 August 2015. It is anticipated that EOI will be opened in the Orange City Council Administration Building at 12.10 pm the same day.
