The ACU Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) consists of a range of Schools and Health Clinics in six campuses across Australia. The supply of medical and science-based consumables is integral to the core business of supporting student learning and supplying the patients within the Health Clinics.
The Schools offer a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses which require the supply of these goods. In addition, the ACU Health Clinics are fully operational health clinics which require similar goods and related services to be supplied.
The FHS operates in North Sydney, Strathfield, Brisbane, Melbourne, Ballarat and Canberra.
ACU is seeking to streamline its processes for the supply of consumables to the various Faculty of Health Sciences Schools and Clinics. It is seeking to simplify and improve supply chain effectiveness by selecting one or more preferred suppliers who are able to meet its overall requirements, as detailed in the assessment criteria for this tender, and specifically those that relate to delivery, quality, financial attractiveness and operational excellence.
