Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This tender is for but not limited to the replacement of the 5 x existing DX Air conditioning units with a new chilled water system in Building 60 at the Cleveland Youth Detention Centre as shown in the STP Consultants supplied drawings (Drawing Numbers T15-036/M001 - M006) and specification. The new installations and replacements must comply fully with this scope, the supplied drawings and specification. Contractors will have to visit site to determine full extent of works required for this project.
