Removal of Manure from Saleyards

⁠⁠⁠Written Expressions of Interest are sought for the acquisition and removal of stockpiled manure from the Dalrymple Saleyards.

In view of increasing enquiries as to the availability of the resource from commercial outlets, Council considers that the manure, as a resource, may provide opportunities to create a new business/industry or to value add to an existing business/industry and welcomes interest in that regard.

Such expression of interest shall be in writing outlining the intended use of the product, estimated quantities required and proposed arrangements to acquire and remove same.

Due to the potential for the resource to contain declared weed seed, successful applicant/s will need to evidence an ability to comply with relevant weed seed spread prevention legislation as contained within the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002.

Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing to: The Chief Executive Officer and endorsed with the EOI Title and Reference Number.

In accordance with procurement practices, Council may invite specific quotations/tenders from selected interests following the expression process.
