Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable respondents to enter into a lease agreement to occupy the "Historic Cottage" at 275 Green Street, Ulladulla. The lease agreement will be on terms and conditions to be negotiated between Council and the successful respondent, however will include the following requirements:
* The payment of an annual rent to Council;
* The payment of all outgoings associated with the property;
