Creative Lead for Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Arts and Cultural Program

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government through the Office of Commonwealth Games Delivery is seeking proposals for the creative implementation of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018) Arts and Cultural Program (the A&C Program). The A&C Program will be a key delivery element of GC2018 - contributing to a celebratory atmosphere and sense of excitement around the Games while showcasing the best of Gold Coast and Queensland culture and lifestyle on a global stage.

The A&C Program seeks to capture visitors’ imaginations and accentuate the best of local cultural attributes through a multidisciplinary approach. It will act as an interface between the Host City/State and the Games audience and should reveal and celebrate the distinctive characteristics of contemporary Gold Coast and Queensland culture and lifestyle to an international audience.
