Ausgrid is inviting expressions of interest from service providers with Power Factor Correction (PFC) expertise for inclusion on our Power Factor Correction Services Register. The Register is intended to collect key information from you to assist businesses to correct their power factor. This Register will be published on our website www.ausgrid.com.au/powerfactor.

The register will include the following core PFC services:
* PFC Electrical Contracting
* PFC Consulting
* PFC Equipment Supply
* PFC Project Management

Other associated services which can be included on the register, provided you have expertise in at least one of the above core categories:
* Energy Auditing and/or consulting
* Accredited Service Provider
* Financial Services (related to PFC projects)

You must provide Power Factor Correction Services to be included on this Register. You also must be able to provide these services in the Ausgrid Network area, in at least one of the following regions: Central Coast, Lower and Upper Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Sydney Metro North, and Sydney Metro South. You also need to hold an Australian Business Number.

We do not undertake any assessment or procurement process with respect to your business being included on this Register. You must not imply that Ausgrid recommends or endorses your services because of your inclusion on the Service Provider Register, nor that you are an agent of Ausgrid. We do however reserve the right to not include your business on the register if you do not provide at least one type of Power Factor Correction service.

It is a condition of being included in the Register, that you provide Ausgrid with true, accurate and up to date information. Ausgrid does not take responsibility for the accuracy of information you provide. You or your nominated business representative, are responsible for the accuracy of this information. If the provided information changes we ask that you update Ausgrid so this information can be updated to the Register. Failure to provide accurate and updated information will result in your business being removed from the Register.

We remind you that installation services in relation to Power Factor Correction are required to comply with the appropriate Rules and Standards, as per the Ausgrid Customer Installation Safety Plan.

4. Return completed documents via the Tenderlink portal or to powerfactor@ausgrid.com.au
