Turfed Sportsfield Resurfacing - Various Locations

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the Turfed Sportsfield Resurfacing at the following locations:

* Beverly Hills Park Fields No. 2 & 3
* Peakhurst Park Soccer Field No. 1

Tender documents may be obtained as from 9am Wednesday, 8 July 2015 by registering via the E-Tendering Portal: www.tenderlink.com/hurstville. If you experience difficulties accessing this website please contact the Tenderlink customer support on 1800 233 533.

There is a non-refundable fee of $135 Incl. GST (Tender fee $100, Credit Card and Tenderlink charges) to download this document. Alternatively full Tender documents can be obtained after paying a non-refundable fee of $ 100 Incl. GST from the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, MacMahon Street, Hurstville.

Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box at www.tenderlink.com/hurstville, alternatively tenders may be submitted in a sealed envelope marked to the undersigned and endorsed 'RFT NO. 15/867 (T15/005) Turfed Sportsfield Resurfacing - Various Locations' and placed in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, MacMahon Street, Hurstville by 2pm Thursday, 30 July 2015.

Only tender submissions received from tenderers who have purchased the tender document online or from Customer Services Centre will be considered. Tenderers must include in their tender submission, a proof copy of their tender purchase and/or a downloaded receipt.

The canvassing of Councillors or staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing tenders. The lowest tender or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by Council.
