Tender Description
Council requires the provision of a specialist legal service provider who can demonstrate particulars of their ability to provide Council with:
A2.1 specialist transactional drafting and negotiating skills and experience, with a particular focus on innovative organisational reform projects involving public and/or private sector alliances;
A2.2 specialist property law skills and experience, with a particular focus on public sector property development over $20 million in total value and involving public and/or private sector alliances.
