Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility Leachate Disposal System

⁠⁠⁠THE CITY OF DARWIN Invites expressions of interest from local, national and international respondents for the provision of a Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility Leachate Disposal System.

The Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility (SBWMF) is operated by Council and receives over 180,000 tonnes per annum of mixed waste. The site has limited infrastructure for the long-term storage and treatment of leachate. This project involves the delivery, operation and maintenance of suitable infrastructure to manage and dispose of the short and long-term quantity and quality of leachate generated from the SBWMF.

The tender process to select the preferred respondent consists of three (3) stages:
1. Expression of Interest (EOI)
2. Contractor Involvement workshops with short-listed respondents from the EOI stage
3. Invitation to Tender with short-listed respondents from the EOI stage

EOI submissions must be lodged as detailed in the documentation. By submitting a response, respondents agree to the conditions detailed in the EOI.
