The Town of Bassendean is seeking to engage a Contractor/s for the provision of the above services throughout Bassendean.

An electronic copy of the Tender documents may be obtained by sending an email with the subject heading “RFT CO 033 2014-15 The Provision of Maintenance Services (Capital Project & Minor Works)” with their company name, contact person, and contact phone number within the email to medwards@bassendean.wa.gov.au. Hard copies will be provided on request, please phone Margaret Edwards on 9377 9016.

Tenders close Monday 20th July 2015 at 2:30pm.

Tender Documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “RFT CO 033 2014-15 The Provision of Maintenance Services (Capital Project & Minor Works)”.

Tenderers must ensure they provide one unbound Tender Document and one CD or USB Storage device, in Microsoft Office format (failure to comply will result in the submission being rejected) and either:

1. Delivered by hand to the Council’s Tender Box located in the Town’s Customer Service Centre, 35 Old Perth Road, Bassendean; or
2. Mailed to Bob Jarvis, Chief Executive Officer, Town of Bassendean, PO Box 87, Bassendean, WA 6934.

Electronic mail and Facsimile Tenders will not be accepted. Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean councillors or officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender Process.
