The installation of a new air conditioning system to the bar & poker machine area of the Clarendon Hotel, Hunter Street, Newcastle. The works include the removal of the existing air conditioning, installation of new air conditioning units (supplied by council) and the supply & installation of ductwork and associated building works and the commissioning and testing of the installed air conditioning system.

Any person willing to fulfill the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2pm on Tuesday 28 July 2015 (at the Tender Box). Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
