Supply and Application of Herbicides to Turf Areas

⁠⁠⁠The City of Belmont (“Principal”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake the supply and application of herbicides to turf areas as detailed in the attached specification. The contract period is for two years commencing on 1 October 2015 with the option of 2 x 1 year extensions at the sole discretion of the Principal.

A price adjustment based on the annual CPI (All Groups Perth) to the June quarter preceding the contract extension date will be applied to any extension term.

Tenders in accordance with the tender documentation shall be lodged in the Tender Box situated in the Civic Centre of the City of Belmont, 215 Wright Street, Cloverdale before the closing time.

Envelopes shall be securely sealed and the envelope shall not bear any mark or name to identify the Tenderer.
