Lease of Reserve 38845, 4 Jones Place - Expression of Interest July 2015

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Broome is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in the lease of Reserve 38845, 4 Jones Place, Broome formerly the St John's Ambulance Depot. The property is under Management Order to the Shire of Broome for the purposes of "Community or Recreation". Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being called from interested parties to present their submission as to how they would utilise this property to benefit the social well being of the Broome community.

Documents outlining the requirements of the EOI are available for collection from the Shire of Broome Administration Office, 27 Weld Street, Broome, or by contacting Gillian Dainty on telephone (08) 9191 3421. Expressions of Interest will be received until 2pm on 30 July 2015 and should be clearly endorsed with "Lease of Reserve 38845, 4 Jones Place - Expression of Interest" and hand delivered to the Shire of Broome Administration Office or emailed.

Canvassing of Councillors or Officers of the Shire of Broome may disqualify.
