Tender Description
The Commission requires a suitably qualified organisation to remediate the AV issues and to provide ongoing support services.
1) Remediate the AV issues listed in this RFT;
2) Supply and integrate the new equipment and services as listed in this RFT;
3) Provide support services;
1.2 The contract with the successful Tenderer will contain an SLA. The SLA will include the following conditions:
* An initial 12 month term with an option to renew for a further 2 x 12 months;
* Business hours support
* Next business day onsite support
* 2 hour response during Business Hours for high criticality issues;
Facility for out-of-hours response, such as a service desk
