Scope shall include the following as a minimum:
(a) Procurement of materials.
(b) Production of drawing and other documentation.
(c) Incorporation of independent inspection authority requirements.
(d) Testing of materials as required.
(e) Provision of equipment and tooling.
(f) Non-Destructive Examination.
(g) Preservation & packing for shipment.

Vendor shall be responsible for ensuring that valves have been designed, manufactured, configured and tested in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, rules and governmental regulations.
