Tender for Legal Services Providers

⁠⁠⁠Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) on behalf of Wollondilly Shire Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit a tender for Legal Services Providers.

Obtaining Documentation: RFT documents may be obtained by registering via the E-Tendering Portal: www.tenderlink.com/lgp. If you experience difficulties accessing the website please call the Tenderlink helpdesk on 1800 233 533. There is no fee to download the documents.

Deadline: RFT close at 10:00am on 29th July 2015

Lodgement: Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box on this website www.tenderlink.com/lgp by the time and date nominated. (Preferred method)

Tenderers may also manually submit a response to the RFT by placing their submission in the Tender Box located at Council (least preferred method). Tenders should be addressed to: Wollondilly Shire Council, Attn: General Manager Tender EX00033 - Legal Service Providers 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton NSW 2571.

Late, emailed or facsimiled submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Wollondilly Shire Council members or officers involved in the RFT, will disqualify tenderers from the RFT process. Submissions will be assessed against a number of selection criteria. The lowest or any RFT will not necessarily be accepted.
