Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Lease of Part Lot 4 DP 1090948, Moruya Airport

⁠⁠⁠INTRODUCTION: Moruya is approximately 320 km south of Sydney by road and is serviced by an airport located approximately 5km north east of Moruya. Eurobodalla Shire Council is seeking parties interested in leasing all or part of a parcel of land within the hangar precinct of the Moruya Airport.

BACKGROUND: The site comprises approximately 7502m2 within the area of Moruya Airport, with access from Bruce Cameron Drive, North Moruya.

Council will consider proposals for the lease of the entire area of 7502m2 or for a number of smaller individual sites up to an aggregate area of 7502m2. The site is traversed by an overhead electricity line, however with appropriate clearance, a building footprint 36 metres deep will be available.

The area between the site access and building footprint, including under the power line, may be utilised for car parking.

Council will meet interested parties on site upon request.
