Tender Description
Council is seeking to identify reputable, suitably qualified consultants to develop and deliver a new and exceptional design vision for the Hornsby Mall. Hornsby Mall is recognised as the focal point of Hornsby's commercial, retail and residential districts.
Respondents should have experience in place making, designing significant civic spaces and urban plazas with a proven track record of effective stakeholder consultation working closely with communities to understand people and places.
