⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest Human Resource Consultancy for Recruitment of Permanent Secretaries

The Fiji Public Service Commission (FPSC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (E0I) from firms, specialising in human resource recruitment matters, to assist the Commission in advertising, receiving applications, shortlisting, conducting interviews, arranging for psychometric assessments and undertaking other necessary tasks in finalising appointment of 21 Permanent Secretaries (PSs) for the Government of Fiji. These are very senior level appointments open for application to both local and overseas candidates. The proposals and quotations submitted need to take the following into account:

* The advertising for the positions will be extern., both locally and covering overseas markets such as Australia, New Zealand, India, Sri Lanka, United Sta. of America and Canada
* There are 21 positions involved and the advertising, processing and finalisation of applications will all happen at once; and
* There is a strict timeline in place to allow for all processes to be completed and appointments made effective from beginning of 2016.
