Tender Description
Tenders are invited from organisations experienced in the purchase, removal and beneficial reuse of compost made from the organic fraction of Municipal Solid Waste that has been processed through SMRC's Waste Composting Facility (WCF).
In inviting this tender it is the SMRC's objective to provide for the efficient removal and beneficial reuse of compost from the WCF located at the Regional Resource Recovery Centre in Canning Vale.
Approximately 14,000 tonnes per annum of compost will be available.
Tenders submitted shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked - 'Request for Tender No. T2015/03 - Purchase & Removal of Compost and lodged in the tender box at the SMRC Office, 9 Aldous Place, Booragoon not later than 2:00pm (WST) Tuesday 14 July 2015.
Late tenders will not be considered. Canvassing of Councillors or officers may invalidate the Tender. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
Tender documents will be available from 10:00am Tuesday 30 June 2015 on the SMRC website – http://smrc.com.au/CorporateInformation/Tenders. Queries regarding receipt of tender documents should be directed by one to Christine Burke on 08 9329 2700 from 10.00am Tuesday 30 June 2015.
