Weld Street, Beaconsfield (Stage 1B) - Reconstruction & Streetscape Improvemnts

⁠⁠⁠The work of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following:

* Supply & installation of one (1) 1220 Side Entry Pits
* Supply & installation of one (1) DN1050 RCP Manhole w/ Heavy Duty lid
* Supply & installation of seven (7) Concrete Grated Pits (Vary in size)
* Supply & installation of 65.5m DN150 uPVC class SN8 pipe
* Reconstruction of 430 m2 of Road Pavement and (Approx. 482m2) Asphalt Seal
* Construction of 115 m of Kerb & Channel/Vehicular Crossover type `KC'.
* Supply & placement of approx. 55m2 `Plaza Stone' Pavers (400x400mm)
* Construction of 265 m2 of Exposed Concrete Footpath
* Construction of 2 Concrete Driveway approx. 20.5 m2
* General reinstatement.
* 6 month maintenance period.
