Tender Description
The Mosman Local Government Area is located on Sydney's lower north shore. The Mosman Civic Centre site provides community facilities and services to over 29,600 residents and visitors to the area.
Council has identified that there is a need to improve civic and community facilities on the Civic Centre site to meet the current and future needs of the Mosman community. Preliminary investigations have occurred, and resulting from this, there are two options that Council is considering - a partial refurbishment/redevelopment option; and a complete redevelopment option.
Council is now seeking qualified and experienced consultants to undertake more detailed consideration of these two options, to consider:
1. Site planning and design
2. Staging
3. Traffic analysis
4. Financial analysis
The scope of works are outlined in the attached brief.
