Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the construction of a New Club Amenities Building and storage shed at the Walker Road Sporting Facility, Edmonton.
The work includes, but is not limited to the supply of all plant, labour and materials necessary to construct 292m² GFA of amenities building providing change rooms, toilets, canteen, referees rooms and patio. A detached 12 x 6m prefabricated steel framed storage shed plus patio (108m² GFA) is also required.
Tenders are to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed "Contract No. 55266 – Construction of New Club Amenities Building Stage 1A Walker Road Sporting Facilities" and shall be addressed to the undersigned and lodged, posted or delivered by a recognised courier having a direct delivery service to the Council Chambers, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns, so as to be received in the Tender Box before the closing time of 4.30pm on Wednesday 15 July 2015.
Council reserves the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invitation. The Council will invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of any changes in the tender specifications. Tenders will not be opened publicly.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
