The Department of Finance is issuing this Request for Comment to invite feedback from industry on its draft Request for the establishment of a Panel for Provision of Building Condition and Asbestos Containing Materials Assessments. In inviting comment, the Department is seeking general feedback from industry regarding the draft Request document and suggestions regarding changes which might be made to the draft Request in order to achieve improved value for money outcomes for agencies.
