Tender Description
North Burnett Regional Council is inviting tenders for a Panel Contract for the provision of tyres and related goods and services for a period of 24 months. This project is part of a Procurement Transformation project which NBRC is running with the aim of driving business efficiency and increasing compliance with the Local Government Act. Tenders must be in accordance with the tender documents which can be found on Council’s website @ www.northburnett.qld.gov.au.
Written Tenders, endorsed with ‘Tender No. 2909/2014-15/TTB/39’, will commence 15 June 2015 and closes at 2:00pm on 15 July 2015 and should be lodged in the Tender Box at the Gayndah Administration Office, emailed to admin@northburnett.qld.gov.au or mailed to the Chief Executive Officer, North Burnett Regional Council, P O Box 390, Gayndah QLD 4625 and clearly marked with ‘Panel Contract for the provision of tyres and related goods and services’.
Council reserves the right to invite applicants to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act and Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. No submission will be accepted after the closing date/time. The highest/lowest of any tender may not necessarily be accepted. All tenders will be responded to by mail.
