Tender Description
This development is part of the 7.5km long Paekakariki Escarpment Walking Track being established on KiwiRail land between Paekakariki and Pukerua Bay as part of the Te Araroa Trail in Wellington.
On behalf of the Te Araroa Trust, we seek Expressions of Interest from Contractors with relevant experience for the following:
* Formation of 1.2km length of new 750mm wide track.
* Upgrade and widening of 100m length of existing track.
* Installation of 250m length of boxed steps.
* Installation of two new 5m long by 750mm wide timber bridges.
* Works includes all associated establishment, clearance, rock breaking, catch fences, remedial works, drainage and other work necessary to build walking tracks.
A short list of the most suitable contractors for inclusion on a tender list will be selected using the submitted information.
